I am Veena, married to a wonderful guy ‘R’ and moma to our beautiful son ‘Aarya’.

This blog is a place where I share with you the books I read and loved (or did not like!), books that I read with Aarya and the activities that we do together. In this mix, I also add some random tid-bits about our life in general – thus the caption “chop-suey – it’s all mixed up here”. I LOVE to write and this is my haven, my hobby and my me-time place πŸ™‚

I previously had 2 different blogs, one for the books I review and another one to write about the “after-school” activities that Aarya and I do – now I have clubbed them to make life easier!

Talking about the books I read – I like experimenting with what I read now and then but in general I mostly enjoy YA, historical fiction, contemporary/women fiction, suspense/thriller and occasionally memoirs as well as chick-lit.Β I take suggestions from fellow book bloggers and am thankful to them for opening up a whole new world of books, I would never have discovered otherwise.

I’m happy to review e-Books, books, released or ARC’s and host giveaways.Β Send me anΒ email,Β if you have a book you think I’d enjoy!

Have a Blessed Week ahead!
